Please be praying for the men involved in the 2 weekly Bible studies that I facilitate! Last semester we ended with around a dozen great guys coming each week for a fire pit and hot dogs in the Newman Center's backyard. I've been blown away by the caliber of masculinity and humility that these men bring to the discussions each week. Their commitment to a personal growth in holiness is a constant source of inspiration for me.
We'll be getting started this semester during the week of January 23, and will be working our way through one of the Bible studies that come from the FOCUS curriculum on the FOCUS-equip website (see the resources tab above for more information). Please be praying for these men, our weekly pow-wows around the fire pit, and that the weather stays good! I know they'll be out there each week wanting to reconvene like soldiers around a fire no matter the weather - but I'd personally like it to be dry :)
